This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent-police in insisting the petitioner to vacate her from site admeasuring Ac.0.02 1⁄2 cents in Sy.No.90 situated at Velagaudi Village in Tanguturu Mandal, Prakasam District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 10. Basing on the complaint made by respondent No.6, a case in Cr.No.149 of 2018 was registered against husband of the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 509 read with Section 34 IPC and the said crime is under investigation. It is stated that the 4th respondent has never interfered in civil disputes of the petitioner nor warned her not to construct the house and vacate the site in favour of respondents 5 to 10 at any point of time.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police shall not interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 10.
