THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2397 of 2017 ORDER:

1) Aggrieved by the order, dated 24.03.2017, passed in I.A.No.1576 of 2016 in I.A.No.828 of 2016 in O.S.No.148 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti, wherein the trial Court directed the Station House Officer, Yerpedu Police Station, to give police protection to implement the order passed in I.A.No.828 of 2016, dated 19.10.2016.

2) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that against an order passed in I.A.No.828 of 2016, wherein the trial Court granted interim injunction, an appeal vide C.M.A.No.14 of 2016 came to be filed before the Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti.

3) It is also stated in the said C.M.A., the petitioner also filed I.A.No.621 of 2016 seeking stay of the injunction order. It is said that the said I.A. is still pending consideration. 4) Having regard to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti, to dispose of I.A.No.621 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.14 of 2016, as early

as possible, preferably, within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5) There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 28.07.2017 gkv
