THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24089 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that he had filed an application on 18.04.2016 before the 2nd respondent seeking permission for grant of mining lease for quarrying rough stone and road metal in an extent of 7-44 hectors (Ac.18-15 Gts) in survey No.899 of Wardhamanukota Village, Jajireddygudem Mandal, Nalgonda District, but the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

2. The Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the 2nd respondent will consider the application of the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.18.04.2016 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
