The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted application dated 05.01.2017 in Form-VIA as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the third respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.10-00 gts. in Sy.No.78 situated at Upparpally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. As no action is being taken on the said application, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application of the petitioners dated 05.01.2017 is stated to be pending before the third respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
