THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.36241 OF 2016 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 21.09.2016 followed by another representation on 06.10.2016 with reference to determination of compensation and payment of compensation to the petitioner of the land to an extent of Ac.5-00 in Sy.No.184/1, Medpalli Village, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

It appears urgent notice was issued on 20.08.2016 calling upon the people to file objections with reference to the subject matter of the notice, including the statement of exgratia to the persons whose names are annexed to the said notice. It is not known whether objections are filed by general public including objections if any, against the land which petitioner is claiming. No direction to consider the request of the petitioner in isolation can be issued at this stage until the issue is processed and considered and a comprehensive view is taken by the competent authority. 3.

Thus, at this stage it is suffice to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to act upon the representations of the petitioner for payment of compensation, if no objections are filed on the alleged claim made by the petitioner after duly processing the entire exercise. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
