ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by Kollipara Mandal Fair Price Shop Dealers Welfare Association feeling aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not allotting kerosene quota in respect of new cards of Shop Nos.2, 6, 10, 13, 22, 23, 24, 25, 33, 39, 41 and 45 of Kollipipara Mandal, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary. Respondent No.4 filed a counter-affidavit, wherein it is inter alia stated that in terms of proceedings No.II(B)/6493/ 2004, dated 27.03.2006, of the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, kerosene quota in respect of new cards is being allotted in favour of the fair price shop dealers. A statement of details of such distribution is also shown in paragraph-4 of the counter-affidavit.

Sri M.M.M.Srinivas Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of the above noted stand taken by respondent No.4 in the counter-affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and that no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary. For the above-mentioned reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposed of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.9121 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
