The order impugned is clearly appealable and hence, no reasons to entertain the writ petition. Petitioner is at liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to him under law. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
