There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "For the reasons stated in accompanying affidavit it is prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the actions of the respondents of causing illegal and unlawful interference, in petitioners personal life and liberty in any manner including domiciliary visits to their house, insisting them to appear before their authority against the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioners under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such suitable orders and to grant such other relief or relief's as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 placed on record written instructions issued by the Inspector of Police, Chilkalguda Police Station, Hyderabad.

From a perusal of the said instructions, it is revealed that the respondent Police never interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioners and never insisted them to present before the Police Station. It is also further revealed that the respondent Police never summoned the petitioners to the Police Station on 20.08.2014. As on the date of issuance of the written instructions, no criminal case was registered against the petitioners on the file of Chilkalguda Police Station, Hyderabad.

PKR,J W.P.No.24992 of 2014 The present writ petition has been filed on mere apprehension that if anybody lodges a complaint against the petitioners, the respondent Police should not take any action. 5.

In the light of the above said specific instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
