Heard Sri N.Subba Rao, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri A.Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5.
The petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 5 in taking steps to demolish the building constructed at H.No.4-8-14,13/1 of Koretipadu, Guntur, without recourse to law and further marking on the premises for demolition as illegal and unconstitutional.
Having regard to the instructions received by the Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5 and the view I take for disposing of the writ petition, the other circumstances in writ affidavit are not adverted to.
Learned Standing Counsel makes a statement that though the markings have been made on the subject premises, the respondents will not demolish or dispossess the petitioners except in the manner stipulated by law.
The statement is placed on record.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ S. V. BHATT, J 06th October, 2016 JSU/ PRV
