The Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction on the appeal preferred by the petitioner in granting the place of posting sought by him.

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - I submits that as the place sought by the petitioner was already filled up, he was requested to give option for posting him to any alternative place and the matter is under active consideration and within a period of two weeks, appropriate orders will be passed.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner and Director of School Education, the 2nd respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 09.07.2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from today.
