THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28635 of 2010 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents in issuing Notification dated 01.11.2010 by prescribing upper age limit of 30 years as on 01.07.2010 for eligible candidates, thereby giving undue preference to fresh candidates over the candidates who have undergone apprenticeship in respondent Corporation, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, sought a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners for appointment as Shramiks for existing posts in the respondent Organisation by relaxing upper age limit.

This Court, by order dated 19.11.2010 in WPMP.No.36540 of 2010, granted interim orders as follows: "There shall be interim direction to the respondents to receive and process the applications of the petitioners and extend the petitioners of relaxation of age limit, to an extent of four years for the post of Shramik, in case they have undergone apprentice training with the APSRTC." 3.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim orders and no further orders are necessary.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - Corporation submits that he has no objection for the same. 5.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim order dated 19.11.2010. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
