OFFI CE NOTE 03.11.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking correction of typographical mistake at para-5(i) of the order dated 02.11.2023 in Crl.P.No.10662 of 2023.

Learned Counsel for petitioner/A1 submits that this Court on 02.11.2023 granted regular bail to the petitioner/A1 in Crl.P.No.10662 of 2023; and that at fourth line of para-5(i) of the order, court name is wrongly typed as 'I Metropolitan Magistrate,' instead of 'VI Metropolitan Magistrate'.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to correct the Court name at fourth line of para-5(i) of the order as 'VI Metropolitan Magistrate' instead of 'I Metropolitan Magistrate'.

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.02.11.2023 passed in Crl.P.No.10662/2023 stands corrected. Office is directed to issue corrected copy of the order. ____________ KS,J tk
