Heard.

The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleaded to state that aggrieved by the action of the Respondent No.2 in not disposing off the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 09.07.2018 within (15) days from the date of receipt of appeal as prescribed under Rule 16 (2) of the Telangana Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2018, I am constrained to file the present writ petition, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - I produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 31.07.2018, of the Director of School Education, Telangana State, granting the relief sought by the petitioner in the appeal preferred by him on 09.07.2018 and petitioner was given the place of posting as sought by him.

In view of the same, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
