2. Whether the copies of judgment may be Yes/No marked to Law Reporters/Journals?

ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioner questions the order of cancellation of assignment of the District Collector, Khammam in Rc.No.E3/3155/2012 dated 06.10.2015. Though various grounds are raised to question the said order, it cannot be disputed that an appeal is provided under Board Standing Order.15(15) and since the order in the present case is passed by the Collector, appeal is provided to the Board, which is now replaced by the Commissionerate. Hence, in view of the said efficacious remedy available to the petitioner, there is no reason to entertain the writ petition.

3. Since the impugned order is dated 06.10.2015, petitioner may avail the said appellate remedy and if the appeal is filed on or before 16.11.2015, the same shall be entertained by the Commissioner and he shall deal with the same in accordance with law. Status quo, as on today, with regard to the land covered by the said impugned order shall be maintained till 16.11.2015.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
