Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments, Sri Ashok Kumar Neeli for the respondent - Corporation and Sri K. Jaganmohan Reddy for respondent No.5.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 23.05.2017, to respondent Nos.3 and 6, but no action has been taken so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent Nos.3 and 6 to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the said representation will be verified and appropriate suitable action in accordance with law will be taken. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing respondent Nos.3 and 6 to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 23.

05.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
