The only grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd respondent - Commissioner of Appeals, is not disposing of Revision Petition No. BCW2/ 439/ 2010 filed by them on 25.08.2010.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the above referred revision petition filed by the petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
