Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, in view of the orders passed by the Government in G.O. Ms. No. 40, dated 15.4.2015 and Writ Petition No. 22650 of 2015 having been filed questioning the validity of the said G.O. the cause in this writ petition no longer survives, and the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
