This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by grandfather seeking production of his granddaughter Ms. S. Srilekha alleging that respondent No.4 has illegally detained her.

On last occasion, we had directed learned Assistant Government Pleader to produce Ms. S. Srilekha in the Court. Today, she is present along with respondent No.4. We interacted with her. She states that she has married respondent No.4 and leading very happy married life. She denies the allegation that she has been illegally detained by respondent No.4. We also allowed her to interact with her grandparents. After interacting with them, she confirms that she would like to live with her husband. She agrees to meet the petitioner and her grandmother on different occasions and whenever she desires. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the petition. Writ petition is disposed of.
