Learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the sole petitioner died. As seen from the docket proceedings, it is evident that similar representation was made on 02.06.2016. However, even by now, no steps are taken and as a consequence of death of the sole petitioner, the Writ Petitions abate. Hence the Writ Petitions are dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
