HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18625 OF 2012 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader.

The petitioners complain inaction against the respondents in passing award and paying compensation for the acquisition of lands in Survey Nos.374, 375, 376, 380 and 381 in an extent of Ac.5-15gts. and Survey Nos.364 and 365 in an extent of Ac.3-06 gts. at Gundlasagaram Village, Dharmasagar Mandal, Warangal District, as arbitrary and unconstitutional. The learned Government Pleader places before the Court the communication dated 22.01.2015, the extracts from File No.F/D/1453/2003 and payment of compensation through cheques in favour of petitioners. The communication is taken on file and on the ground that the compensation is already paid the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
