When the matter is called, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to make a representation afresh to the respondents and the same may be considered in accordance with law.

This Court considered the said request of the learned counsel for the petitioner as reasonable.

For aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to make a representation afresh before the respondents for redressal of their grievance, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the same may be considered, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months thereafter.
