THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26973 OF 2007 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner. This Court on 18.12.2007 passed interim order in W.P.M.P.No.35271 of 2007 directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the permanent vacancy. Pursuant to the said order, the Divisional Engineer, APCPDCL, Toopran, Medak District vide letter, dated 11.12.2009 rejected the claim of the petitioner. Questioning the said order, W.P.No.15280 of 2010 has been filed.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
