SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5622 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.284 of 2012 on the file of Peddapally Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 323, 290, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 and A2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that since the charge sheet is filed in the crime, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file discharge petition before the trial Court raising all the grounds raised in the petition. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
