HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.173 of 2005 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the Judgment Debtor challenging the order dated 28.10.2003 passed in E.P. No.413 of 2003 in O.S. No.681 of 2000 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kothagudem.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that matter has become infructuous. The submission is recorded. In view of the said submission, the very purpose of filing of the present petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
