This writ petition is filed to grant the facility of 'medical aid by way of dialysis' to the petitioner to avoid the innumerable hell pains in his last days.

Now, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has passed away long back, and thus, the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructous. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
