THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CEA.No. 39 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) The counsel for appellant has addressed a letter dt.23.12.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, stating that his client wishes to avail the 'Sabka Vishwas (Legal Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019', and so the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to revive this Appeal in the event there is no settlement reached in the said Scheme.

Therefore, permission is accordingly granted to appellant to withdraw this appeal reserving the right to appellant to revive the appeal in the event there is no settlement under the said Scheme. 3.
Accordingly, the Central Excise Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
