When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to represent the application Dt. 14.06.2018 in S.R.No.815 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.199 of 2018 pending on the file of IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
