Heard.
Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in considering his application for conversion of land from agriculture to non-agriculture, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions and states that the 2nd respondent has considered the request of the petitioner and rejected vide Proceedings No.E/2241/2015, dated 12.11.2015. Learned Government Pleader has served a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of that, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the said order in accordance with law, if he is so aggrieved. No costs.
