When the matter had come up earlier on 19-11-2015, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Even today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.

2. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
