HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7243 of 2002 ORDER:

This Court, by order dated 17.04.2002 in WPMP.No.9058 of 2002, granted interim stay subject to the condition of the petitioner depositing Rs.30,000/- with respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad, within a period of eight weeks.

As can be seen from page No.14 of the material papers, a cheque dated 04.04.2002 drawn for Rs.61,642/- in favour of respondent No.2 is filed. The amount, to which respondent No.1 is entitled to, has to be paid by the petitioner and as Rs.30,000/- was already paid pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 17.11.2002, the balance to be paid is only Rs.31,642/-.

Ends of justice would be met if the said amount of Rs.31,642/- is directed to be paid by the petitioner to respondnet No.1, if not already paid.
