HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.15562 OF 2013 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed requesting to quash the proceedings in Crime No.249 of 2013 of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad.

2. No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 6.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the Investigating Officer filed a Final Report on 04.07.2014 in the aforesaid crime requesting the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to close the crime on the ground 'action dropped'.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
