THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.26170 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17163 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019 and contended that the present writ petition be allowed in terms of the said order.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not dispute the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above submissions, following the order dated 09.12.2019 in W.P.No.17163 of 2019 and for reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof.
