In this writ petition, the action of the respondents, in not selecting the petitioners as Junior Lineman, on contract basis, is challenged. This court had examined the same matter in detail, in W.P.No.19051 of 2007 & batch, and rendered a judgment on 2.5.2008. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, agreed that the directions issued therein, would cover this case also. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the judgment dated 2.5.2008, in W.P.No.19051 of 2007 & batch. There shall be no order as to costs.
