Heard.
The only grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd respondent is not considering and passing appropriate orders on their application made in the year 2013.
It appears that the 2nd respondent had directed the Revenue Divisional Officer, Visakhapatnam, to enquire and submit report and accordingly, the Revenue Divisional Officer asked the report from the 3rd respondent under proceedings No.1302/2013/E1, in the month of March, 2013. The said application of the petitioners is for conversion of land. However, in the present writ petition, the petitioners seek consideration of their application for grant of NOC in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 6.6.2013.
I have perused the application made by the petitioners. The said application was made only seeking conversion of land and was not relating to grant of NOC.
Hence, if the petitioners seek NOC in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 6.6.2013, they have to make appropriate application before the 2nd respondent. If any such application is made, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same in terms of the aforesaid G.O. and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
