Learned Standing Counsel for the appellant - ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, addressed a letter dated 20.10.2017 to the Registrar (Judicial), on the instructions of the appellant, requesting to list the present MACMA to enable him to make a request to withdraw the same.

No representation for the appellant. But, in view of the letter addressed by the learned Standing Counsel, which also bears the signature of learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, granting permission, the present MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn.
