Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

Though the petitioners are shown as A4 and A13 in the order dated 06.02.2017 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur, in Crl.M.P.No.135 of 2017 in Crime No.182 of 2013 on the file of Chilakaluripet Police Station, whereas in the cause title of Criminal Petition it is wrongly described as A19 & A25. 3.

The condition No.1, imposed in the aforesaid order in Crl.M.P.No.135 of 2017 dated 06.02.2017 in respect of the execution of bail bonds for Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties each for like sum, is hereby modified to the extent as under:

"The petitioners/A4 and A13 and their sureties shall execute fresh bail bonds for the amount directed earlier while granting bail in Crl.M.P.No.1248/2016, dt.

15.6.2016, i.e., Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties each for like sum. On such execution of bail bonds the petitioners/A4 and A13 are entitled for release on bail in respect of the present case."
