ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in not supplying Kerosene quota to the petitioner for the purpose of distribution to the card holders even though the licence of the petitioner was neither suspended nor cancelled by the competent authority.

This Court while issuing Rule Nisi on 09.04.2009 directed the respondents to supply Kerosene, provided the authorization of the petitioner is neither suspended nor cancelled as on that day. In as much as the main relief itself stood granted by way of interim orders, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
