Sri R. Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, owing to subsequent developments which took place because no orders were passed in this writ petition, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the subsequent cause of action in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
