O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 18.11.2009 passed in I.A.No.1024 of 2009, in C.F.R.No.4136 of 2009 in unregistered O.S on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kandukur, Prakasham District wherein the Court below dismissed the application for payment of deficit Court fee and refused to grant one week time for payment of Court fee on the ground that earlier time was granted, without recording any other reasons. Though notices are served on the respondents, there is no representation on their behalf.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the impugned order is set aside and the petitioner is granted four (04) weeks time for payment of deficit Court fee from today. If the deficit Court fee is not paid within the time specified, the revision shall stand dismissed.
