Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries.

The only grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of the representation dated 02.04.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner herein for reddressal of his grievance.

According to the petitioner, he a farmer holding an agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-93 cents in R.S.No.426/2C, 429/5B and 429/5B2 of Cherukuwada village, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District. It is further stated that in the said land, the petitioner herein is cultivating the paddy crop. It is further stated that the unofficial respondent herein is having agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1-00 in R.S.No.429/5A of the same village situated towards Northern side of the petitioner's land. The complaint of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the unofficial respondent without obtaining any permission from the competent authority is proceeding with digging of tanks.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be served if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to take appropriate action on the representation dated 02.04.2016 said to have been made by the petitioner herein, within the time frame, after giving notice to all the stake holders.

For the aforesaid reasons, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 02.04.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the stake holders.
