Aggrieved by the action of respondents - Revenue Authorities in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring 1500 sq.yards comprising of church in Sy.No.334 of Nizampet village, Qutbullahpur Mandal, Rangareddy District, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time, noticing that this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
