THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26132 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology for respondent No.1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.7 and 8. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of its grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 25.07.2017 to respondent No.4-District Collector & District Magistrate, Yadadri and a further request is also made by the learned counsel to issue necessary directions to respondent No.4 to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers the said request for consideration, as per law, as reasonable.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing respondent No.4 to consider the representation, dated 25.07.2017, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after hearing all the stakeholders.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
