This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.142 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Gandhinagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
