No.172 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Amalapuram, East Godavari District, dated 12.02.2015 is modified and the petitioner/ accused is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Amalapuram Town Police Station on the Second Saturday of every month till filing of the final report.
