Learned counsel would submit that, since the subsequent sale is also to be subjected to challenge, the petitioner be granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh. Granting liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
