Ms.Akhila, learned counsel representing Sri Pavan Kumar Pujari, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this revision case is filed against the dismissal of the discharge petition and the main case itself has been ended in acquittal and as such, no cause survives for adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case and therefore the Criminal Revision Case may be dismissed as infructuous. 02.

Taking on record the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
