ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not taking appropriate action for removal of the 6th respondent from the post of Manager of the 5th respondent Society as requested in the representations dated 27.12.2010, 15.03.2011, 18.04.2011, 25.04.2011, 25.06.2011, 01.11.2011, and 30.11.2011 submitted by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and opposed to the very spirit and object of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Rules, 1964 and consequently to direct the respondents to remove the 6th respondent from the post of Manager of the 5th respondent Society.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
