In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Energy, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the Common Judgment in W.P.Nos.17501 of 2017 & batch, dated 02.06.2017. Registry is directed to append a copy of the common judgment dated 02.06.2017 in W.P.Nos.17501 of 2017 & batch to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
