Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Balaji Medamalli, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentVijayawada Municipal Corporation, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

The notice, bearing Rc.N5-110149/2018, dated 09.07.2018, issued by the respondent-Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, calling upon the petitioner herein to file objections, with regard to the period of lease, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in response to the impugned notice, petitioner herein submitted her explanation on 19.07.2018 and the same is pending consideration.

Since the objections/explanation, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, are pending consideration, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondent-Vijayawada Municipal Corporation to verify the said objections/explanation, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
