This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in Cr.No.397 of 2013, against the petitioner, on the file of the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad. The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code. 2.

The learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate dated 07.09.2018 stating that the case is referred as 'Civil in nature' and a final report is filed before the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal.

In the light of the above, this Court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. The criminal petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. __________ T. RAJANI, J September 14, 2018 DSK
